The sales representative ( Kasie) who handled my request for multiple watch repairs was exceptionally cordial and present in dealing with what was presumably a very minor transaction given the high end quality of products of this well known jewelry store. I was treated with respect even though it was clear that I was not at the moment shopping for replacement watches. There was no pressure or even hint of pressure to consider another product should the watches be beyond repair. I am relieved to know that they are continuing their well earned reputation as the flagship jeweler in Fresno. I am pleased to highly recommend Orloff Jewelers to others.

I have used Orloff jewelers for very expensive purchases as well as not expensive items. In Either case, they are always perfect in their sales and service. I swear by Orloff‘s on any jewelry purchase.
